Care4ASH1L intends to bridge the gap between the ASH1L affected families and the research realm. We want the ASH1L community to connect and collaborate with the researchers in order to foster ASH1L research advances.
How will they be utilized?
Care4ASH1L will donate all the funds raised towards the research activities being conducted in Brown University (Rhode Island, USA) under the leadership of Dr. Judy Liu. The funds will be utilized for the following purposes -

Cover the travel and accommodation costs for ASH1L families to participate in pre-clinical studies

Recover the costs associated with conducting tests on ASH1L affected patients, including but not limited to, -

Conduct EEGs ​& Salary of the epileptologist

Conduct neuropsychoanalysis & Salary of Paediatric Neuropsychologist

Develop a comprehensive data on the clinical phenotypes of ASH1L for the Natural History Study​

The procurement & encapsulation of this data will help eliminate the enigma of ASH1L and encourage researchers to find a cure for ASH1L related disorders.
